Wonderful book

It can be hard to find really good pony books for young readers but this one fits the bill. Has a lot of the standard fare you expect in a book like this but adds an intriguing element of fantasy which really gives the story depth. Stacy Gregg knows her stuff - the horsey detail is brilliant, the characters believable and the adventure exciting!
