Mysterious Illness

One family come to small town. Parents and two children, boy and girl. Children are enrolled in local school. For first few months there are no signs for warning but they feel weird to most people. But after few months boy get sick and his absence is justified by documentation which to school officials look genuine so they don't ask further questions hoping boy would recover and return to school. But it did not happen. Months are passing and story is quietly pushed aside, until few children in class boy attended previously fell ill with terrible symptoms, unknown to medicine. .
