CHINESE DISHES MADE WITH U.S. INGREDIENTS & TECHNIQUES

The recipes are easy to follow and use readily obtainable ingredients. The end products taste the same as dishes described in other chinese cookbooks with much more complex recipes and cooking techniques. Of course those dishes that rely entirely on exotic ingredients are not included but for everyday meals I like this cookbook very much.
