Good Start

This book is a good start for students and teens looking to find help in challenging days with challenging questions. It takes a unique approach with each chapter. They start with a chatroom experience; and then moves on to the daily life of a particular individual; reflections from that person; and then personal challenges. Anyway, I think it's a good approach and will be helpful to a lot of students.
