Just like T.J. Jones' book "The Gypsy" - it took only a few pages before I was hooked on the characters and storyline in this book. The dialogue and characters are fantastic, and the book came to life for me very fast. I read the entire book in a day; reading every chance I got. Once I finished, I immediately began the next Slater Mystery, until I had read all four in less than a week. A gripping, suspenseful storyline, and relevant to today's world. Highly recommend this book and this author
