Disappointing!

I love Sara Bennett. Once I discovered her, I quickly bought all her books, which reside on my keepers shelf. This one, sadly, will not. The whole thing seemed contrived, from the title (never figured that out), to lack of character development to interactions amongst the "supposed" key players. Her books usually evolve with the relationship between the hero/heroine where their encounters reveal character traits which make them believable. Although her bio and picture are on the cover, I have my doubts as to whether she actually wrote it since it's not her style at all.
