My name is Sheryl Marie Franks, and this is my story of overcoming much trauma, pain, and heartache. I know what it is like to try so hard to be friends with my Mother, and to get just one "I Love You" from my Dad. I know what it is like for my family to side with someone who molested me, violated me, and I had to see him every holiday and family event. They even allowed him to be the one to pray over meals. No one listened to me. I was the outsider in a large family. I know the trauma of having such hopes of having a happy marriage, only to experience my first beating six weeks after we had our first baby. Many beatings followed after that. I know what it is like to have a loaded gun to my head four different times by two people. I know what it is like to watch your husband you just married, take his last breath after committing suicide, and there was nothing I could do. He also tried to take my life before he took his own. I know trauma, but I also know about overcoming. I have endured so much pain and heartache. There is so much in this book. Satan has tried to take my life many times. I did not get to finish the end, because Satan has tried hard to stop in publishing this book, and I am just going to upload it as is. I pray it is a blessing to you, and I hope it helps you overcome like the overcomer you are created to be.
