My Scaleless Victories Journal

I was inspired to create this journal because I wanted other women to experience the same power I felt when I stopped worshipping the scale and started paying attention to the scaleless (i.e. non-scale) victories along my journey. Yes the scale moved as a result of my scaleless victories, but I stopped letting the scale decide what my success looked like. Writing in my journal helped me learn a lot about myself, like how to avoid certain pitfalls or triggers, and, importantly, how to celebrate the inches melting away, my clothing fitting more loosely, and being stronger than ever before. Even the discoveries I'd made that weren't so good-or setbacks that sometimes made me feel that I'd never make it-are all trophies of my journey. All are victories that continue to empower me. I didn't want to keep this power all to myself. I know if my victories empower me, your victories will empower you I designed this journal to help you tap into the power of your own unique journey. Sure, to some, any old journal or stack of blank pieces of paper may do, but just like we have prayer journals for our prayers, hope chests for our hopes, and jewelry boxes for our jewels, I felt we deserved a special journal where we could tell our stories and collect our scaleless victories as we journey toward better health.
