She prefers to work on her science experiments without the help of her hall-pass-forging, paper-airplane-making lab partner Graham. That all changes when she creates the most advanced invention that Wollstonecraft Middle School has ever seen: Arti, a walking, talking paper shredder. Arti can eat anything made out of paper, but he doesn't just eat it - he is able to absorb whatever the paper says. Tori needs Graham's help to keep Arti out of the clutches of their science teacher, a wannabe evil genius named Mr. Nefario.
