My Poetry: Such As It Is

During my first 14 months of retirement (June 2012-August 2013), I wrote and self-published my first two books of poetry, "Prose Poems of an Exercised, Socialistic, Vegetarian, Tree-Hugging Freethinker" and "More Prose Poems of an Exercised, Socialistic, Vegetarian, Tree-Hugging Freethinker." Although I had written about whatever popped into my beanie brain, most of the selections reflected the titles' values. Some of the poems in this book continue that theme (I'm still the same person), but most have up and run off in different directions, not asking for my permission. Since there's no real accounting for them I chose this title "My Poetry: Such as It Is." It consists of some memoir-ish stuff and some sorta real poems -- as best as I can till. (These poems were complested between August 2013 and January 2014)
