Historically Accurate Illustrations

Gilbert Beers appears to have put some research and effort into creating realistic, detailed, and historically accurate pictures for this Bible picture book. Great for kids to get visual teaching, as well as the verbal! We need more books like this!

Share the Bible With Your Preschooler

This book is the best preschooler's Bible I've seen. The pictures in it are paintings, beautifully done, not the "cartoons" that other children's Bibles have.The stories are short, 10 minutes at the most, with 2-3 compehension questions to discuss with your child or group, as well as an application question to encourage your child to internalize what was just read about.And the stories are in Bible order. They don't skip around.As a long-time reader of the Bible myself, with now two children of my own (6 & 2), I am also encouraged by the truth of the Bible each time I share time in this book with my children.
