JD is just a regular guy working at a fast food place. Little did he know that one night would change his destiny. He is apprehended by foreign time cops from a distant future. They treat him like a hero which is a very unfamiliar feeling for him. Scared of his first mission he travels back to 1985 only to royally screw it up. But Fate would not let him give up. As many times he failed in saving lives and being the hero, he was forced to confront it again and again growing stronger from with each confrontation. Many of us don't get second chances. JD didn't want them. But Fate laughed repeatedly after each failure time and time again.
