"This is one of the most intriguing and unpredictable books I have ever read."
If you loved the multi-award-winning book Life of a Firefly, you would be amazed by the sequel, a stand-alone adventure for young adults of all ages.

A beautiful coming-of-age story finds our heroine, Sandy Forte, leaving the menacing streets of Chicago to embark on the perfect vacation in the calm rural town of Texas where she grew up. She expected to have joyful adventures with friends and even a first-time romance. Instead, she and her friends confront dangerous entities, cursed money, and their worst fears lurking in a treacherous forest. Together they attempt to overcome them and solve generational mysteries that's been buried there for decades.
Regardless of where she is, her firefly is always there. He encourages her to be courageous and never give up on her dreams-because no perfect summer is ever without its imperfections

This book is a masterpiece And I loved it I am in awe of your writing and storytelling It's not easy to write a sequel because there is a lot to live up to, but you have crafted a beautiful story that is just as strong as the first book. Bravo ... This story is exceptional, and I have no doubt that your readers will love it and it will win many awards again.

Mystery, adventure, teenage drama, and romance, My Perfectly
Imperfect Summer will give you all this and more.
This is one of the most intriguing and unpredictable books I have ever read.
I could not put this book down because I did not want to miss anything.
Sandra Brown Lindstedt covers topics such as racism, puberty, war,
and family. She seamlessly infused many genres into one book and
created a story with relatable and interesting characters. All of
them were memorable. From Sandy's family members to her
friends and the townsfolk, each was described in detail and had a
personality that held my attention. This story will linger in my
memory for a long time.
Sandy was a wonderful protagonist with a
dark sense of humor and great instincts. Her internal monologue
was hilarious, and I was rooting for her the entire time.
