Great book, disappointing condition

I was so excited to order from this site, but the condition of this book was pretty disappointing. The condition I selected at purchase was listed as “very good”. The book I received was noticeably dirty and has several missing and ripped flaps. I was able to clean it off with a wipe for the most part, but definitely wouldn’t consider the condition “very good” based on that as well as how many flaps are either already ripped off or very near having been ripped off throughout the entire book.
