The author recalls the time in history when the world got turned upside down which then rapidly created unprecedented hardships across the globe from every aspect of life, causing fear and division within families and communities. Now 5 years on from the lockdown period beginning March 2020, following the government's declaration of a life-threatening virus, the author now considers how her life and the world in general has changed - whether for better or worse?

Not gripped by fear like others around her, the author gradually rejected mainstream news channels in favour of independent channels that challenged official narratives that spoke only of a pandemic and the enforced restrictions associated with it. Her keenness to dig deeper led to much isolation but the author's curiosity uncovered some shocking truths, so much so that she chose to record everything she learnt since 2020.

Through her writing and poetry she sought solace and peace of mind and in doing so, hopes to reach out to others of like mind. Hopefully, by sharing and reviewing her new learning and the way she has dealt with it all, other truth seekers might be interested in reading her book. Not only has the author documented how governments do not work in support of their people but also writes about the various solutions put forward. Whilst always respecting other perspectives, the main focus of her book is to highlight how developing personal spiritual wellbeing is vital when navigating through these difficult times.
