Paul Downs' life has been made up of two parts. On the one hand, he is a horse and pony lover who has spent most of his life riding, helping and teaching other pony-loving children, mainly through the UK Pony Club (the Pony Club is an international voluntary youth organisation for young people interested in ponies and riding), Riding for the Disabled (RDA), and The Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme. On the other hand, others only know him as a Christian youth worker, working both in church and local authority youth work.Paul hopes that this story will bring the two together and help people learn about his life and the input that God has had throughout and hopes you will find in it a help and perhaps identify God's involvement in your own life.God is love and His love is being demonstrated, and if you care for others in any shape or form, you are doing God's work.
