"Life in the Five and Ten" is comprised of several poems that I've written in the past thirty years. The meaning of the work as a whole remind me that a new day is a day to dress differently, write in a different style, sing a new song, talk to a different person...the topics scan emotion, from loneliness to hopeful futures, from street talk junkies to occasional kindness, and from povertystricken and wartorn countries where people are punished for seeking the liberties that we take for granted and don't think twice about. If you want to explore the black and white paperback version of "My Life in the Five and Ten", you might find it a clear undertaking of my goal, to communicate through feelings that sometimes are moods and sometimes are meant. In today's world we do not allow ourselves to think about ghostwriters, muses who continue our work with spiritual elements that technically do not fit in with total origin unless we actually give credit and "bust that ghost!!" I hope my readers will smile through that one., so let's all sit back and enjoy the "ride"...and especially, judy aka judita. the copper shine on my day...
