This inventory journal book is 7x10" and has space for 105 different items. So if you collect vintage kitchen items, which can be anything like depression glass, Hull, Hall, other pottery, utensils, planters, dinnerware, Homer Laughlin, Mid Century Modern. melamine, pyrex, federal glass, bottle openers, door stops, and this list can go on and on. There are so many wonderful kitchen collectibles over the years that I thought it would be helpful to have a place for you to place a listing of your inventory. People have different reasons for collecting items. Maybe because Mom or Grandma had it, you were given your first piece as a gift and it started the hunt, you saw what your friend was collecting and decided to join the fun, you decided you need some vintage in your life. Whatever your reason, whenever you look at it or use (as you should enjoy it) just remember the love and history that it carries with it. For this inventory book, I have left spots for you to make notes of the pieces you are in need of and also the history as to where or how you acquired your pieces, a spot to place a photo and or the receipt of purchase. For placement of pictures, if you should decide to do so, I would suggest you get some of the picture corner's to attach to the book. This will be such a great way to pass down thru the years to your loved ones your collection history. In the back of the book, I have included a calendar. This calendar will be a great way for you to keep up with shows that you may want to attend to find more treasures, the birthday of your collector friends and any important dates you need to remember. While this book will be helpful for an insurance claim as to what piece's you own, you should contact your agent to determine coverage on your policy.
