My journey with autism: Being different isn't a bad thing, it highlights how special you are

It's not the end of my journey, but the beginning. A journey about understanding me, my Autism and now it affects me day to day and how I can adapt the environment around me to meet my needs.

Everyone is unique, so someone reading this will not be the same as me. But hopefully some individuals may be able to relate to some of the things I have mentioned. I hope this book will help those individuals reach out and not be scared to seek help or support. We all need help and support at some times in our lives. It is not a weakness: I now actually see it as a strength to speak out and ask for help. Most people are keen and willing to help you.

I hope you enjoy this book. Who knows I may write another one, to plot my progress and reach out to others.
