This is a collection of poems written over a period of years. Some are about God and faith, and some are about life in general. Some are serious, some are not. All of them are fairly short and to the point. The title poem, "My God-Doll," came at a time when I realized that my supposed faith was actually a way to tell myself I was good enough. This led to a period of self-examination and faith-examination that continues to this day. I have two wishes as you read these poems. The first, of course, is that you enjoy them and find them worthwhile. For some of them, though, my second wish is that they make you think. If they do that, they will have fulfilled their purpose.
