Friends are so important They helps us deal with stress. They can support us and guide us to make better lifestyle choices that keep us strong. Friends allow us to rebound from health issues and disease more quickly. Friendship is equally important to our mental health - no one wants to be alone. Jai is fortunate to have SO MANY FRIENDS This book is an introduction to the people Jai first met. However, there are still a lot more friends to be introduce in the book series.
