Hi #everyone -- Q: Have you ever wondered "How can I learn FASTER?" A: ___________. Below is a book I typed ... to answer this exact question. This is NOT an ordinary book. Instead of being a book of answers; this is a book of QUESTIONS. Questions that encourage you to: 1. Form your own opinions first. 2. Type your reflections in a journal by subject. While these two ideas are simple, they have been powerful in my own life to enable my own personal growth. I believe these simple ideas will be powerful for you too; if you will try it. 1. #Pause2Reflect: For me, I have found that very few individuals will take the 5 mins a day, or 30 mins a week to 'pause' the whirlwind of the daily-grind to focus on the long-term. 2. #ONEsentence: Even fewer individuals will take the pro-active step of writing ONE SENTENCE each week, simply because they are afraid of forming a bad opinion. 3. #SUBJECT: Yet even fewer individuals will take the final step of typing by SUBJECT, instead of writing by DATE. This is because journaling was invented hundreds of years ago... before the computer-- so there was no easy way to sort by subject at that time; yet technology now enables this change to Journal by SUBJECT. I hope this can benefit you as it has benefited me. Sincerely, -- Ezekiel :-)
