great book

I got this for my granddaughter, who loves dinosaurs. This is a great book for a toddler, she plays with the dinosaur figures and reads them the book, so cute. good price as well

Son's favorite book!

I have 2 boys ages 3 and 5 and they both LOVE to look at the pictures and play with the pop-ups and other moving parts. We 'read' this book at least twice a day. The boys make up stories for what each page shows.

Kids love dinosaurs!

I bought this and a few other dinosaur books for my 2 year old. I like this one the best. It has a few pull tabs and movements that my kid loves, but not too many. I really like the pronunciation guides for the dinosaur names. And it is priceless to hear my two year old say "dinosaurs, bump heads" and I say which ones, and he says "pre - no - seph- lee" Great dinosaur enjoyment for the little ones, and enough facts to keep preschoolers engaged without overwhelming them.

Great beginning book for preschoolers

Both of my daughters, 4 1/2 and 2 1/2, love this book. The pictures are bright and there are plenty of "touch and feel" dinosaurs. My older daughter likes the movable parts and pop-ups the best. I really appreciate the fact that they have included how to pronounce the dinosaur names. Once you pass the basic names, these pronunciations come in quite handy. It is important to note that this book has no story line; it is merely a book showing different dinosaurs. My only reason for giving this book less than 5 stars is that while it is great for "little ones," if I did leave my youngest unsupervised with the the book she could easily rip out some of the best pop-up features. Overall, this is a good book for little dinosaur lovers.

Excellent Interactive Books

I have now purchased all of the books in this line for my 2 yr old son & they are all wonderful!! However, if you have to chose just one, this Dinosaur one is our favorite!! I have a vast book collection for my son & these are by far the most interactive!! Superbly done, the creativity put into these books is truly incredible. They are very sturdy books, so even the kids who like to rip & tear (my son) would have a hard time damaging these books. I highly recommend every title in this collection, Shapes, Numbers, Colors, Letters, Dinosaurs, Things That Go, & the Christmas book. You & your little one are sure to love them too!!
