Rev. Betty Ochieng', a Master's of Science (Msc.) graduate from the University of Leicester, UK, has grown through trials and triumphs. She was once a tea-girl/cleaner but is now a renowned HR Director and CEO, having worked with Multi-National, International NGOs, and a US Government agency.

She is an advisor to the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, has served in private sector boards as a Non-Executive Director and is the founding President of Insights Africa Group Ltd, later renamed Inspired Insights Africa Ltd.
