A 7x10 THIN, 50-page notebook that will fit in any place. It has lines and each page is numbered so the things you really need can be listed in the Table of Contents so you can grab it anytime you quickly need it. Each journal on the first page has a start date and an end date so you can keep them over time. We even made three versions of the same book, with different color covers so you can assign the orange journal for work, the purple is for home and the red for your purse/backpack.
