It kept my attention but fell flat

The book kept my attention the whole time and I finished it rather quickly. However I felt the characters fell flat. They were fairly one dimensional and I didn’t truly get to know anyone. They seemed very stereotypical in their roles and the drama throughout the book was predictable. I’m not mad I read it, it was entertaining, but I wouldn’t recommend.
