In my opinion these are the best recipes you will find for carob bars anywhere and top anything currently on the market with respect to taste and cleanness of ingredients I made this book to help you create your own wholesome indulgences.

These are the recipes I created and when I had a carob bar company called NaamNom. In the book I offer ideas for substitutions and suggest ways to experiment with the recipes as well, should you be allergic or averse to any of the ingredients here... or if you are just exploratory The ingredients are shared in grams.
