The binder has been virtually untouched since 1987 when the poet died at the age of 36. The poems in this volume are selected by Mark Bohnen's sister, Donnie, who was his appreciative and supportive reader during his lifetime. These deeply felt verses touch on a variety of themes and encompass a wide range of moods, including love and loss, joy and pain, defiance and acceptance. Some are quite funny; some very sad.
