This process is similar to keeping a diary but is verbal and reflective, emphasizing personal growth and self-awareness. By keeping these episodes private, I ensure authenticity, allowing myself to be completely honest and vulnerable without external judgment or influence.

The practice stems from the belief that meaningful questions can lead to profound insights. Through this process, I delve into my aspirations, fears, and beliefs, documenting my thoughts to capture the essence of the moment-unfiltered and raw. This has not only allowed me to explore my inner world but has also provided clarity in decision-making and a deeper understanding of my emotions and motivations.
