My Angel: A Witch, is so titled because this book concludes that the witch in sorcery is actually equivalent to the Angel in traditional religion. When, therefore, we say somebody is bewitchingly beautiful technically we are equating them with the transcendental beauty of an angel. We all accept the adage that a thing of beauty is a joy forever and is something we revel in but when, however, we are so captivated, blown away, by someone's beauty that we feel we are under that person's spell, we can't get them out of our mind, that kind of unnatural beauty is said to be bewitching. Rose, a protagonist in the book, sees for herself how witchcraft could actually make supernatural things happen and because she sees the bright and positive side of it, because her friend benefitted from seeing an obeah man, helping her get back her lover in a flash, she decides that witchcraft was going to be her calling and that becoming a certified witch was what she aspired to be. From her research into the occult world, she realised that witchcraft was practised by the rich and famous like President Reagan, Beyonc?, Elvis Presley et al among the cream of the Hollywood personalities. The fact that this exclusive club of celebrities had no reservations whatsoever about consulting their witchcraft masters (on a daily basis) and that they actually referred to themselves
