Nate Fisher's life has never been too complicated. Since he was born, Nate always knew that he would live a short unfulfilling existence until Nabera, a planet hovering over Earth, would crash into his world and burn all life to death. So when neither planets exploded upon impact and humans had to learn to share their stuff with Nabera's advanced race of lizard aliens known as the Zendarians, Nate was not very happy. Especially with his new roommate Zarah Zoles, a scientist from Nabera sent to observe humans and annoy Nate every chance she got, moved in and made herself disgustingly at home. Worse, his Mom forced him to bring her to school so everybody knew he had a Zendarian stealing his clothes and eating his food. Including his English teacher who tasked him with a special assignment to write about Zarah. Between humans' fear of Zendarians, Zendarians' snobbish attitude toward humans, and Zarah's unbearable presence- Nate starts to realize his dream of laying low was a completely hopeless endeavour.
