A colorful autobiography of a previously published author on Kindle and Create Space. Dalan Smith grew up on a small Idaho farm, and like many farm kids longed for the time when he could get away from the demands of that life. After getting a degree in Management (with honors) from the University of Utah he worked in the corporate world for eight years, then became self-employed. The majority of his lifetime was spent in the world of real estate brokerage, but because he and Judy chose to live in small towns that business was never too profitable. He took on other jobs as needed to support their family, gaining over the years a wealth of knowledge about businesses of all types. The most important lesson learned, in his opinion, was how to listen to others' needs, and then to help them accomplish the fulfillment of those needs. This formative process established a life filled with satisfaction in many areas. His greatest wish for readers of this volume is that they too will find satisfaction and enjoyment in fulfilling the needs of others rather than personal selfish desires.
