Murders On Cripple Creek [Large Print]

By Lauren Catching

Back cover:

In the heat of the Colorado summer, the preacher and his wife's bodies are found on Cripple Creek. With two bullet holes in their chests and a revolver with Colt Bradford's initials on the pearl handle, Colt grapples with facing his future as an outlaw.

Colt is no stranger to tragedy as he has watched his brothers leave his great grandfather's ranch one by one over the last five years. But now that he's an outlaw, he's forced into the Colorado wilderness with no hope of clearing his name. On a hunt to get help from his brothers, a chance encounter with a widow changes his life forever.

Will Colt's days on the ranch help him survive the wilderness? Will he be able to find his brothers and outrun the Sheriff chasing him along with the preacher's sons who partner with a gang of bandits?

Or will he be caught and hung for murders he claims he didn't commit?
