Although sensitively written by one of her colleagues, this book was utter torture to read; the Prouty's have been plagued with horrendous misfortune, no words can adequately describe my regrets for Normy, Johnny, Patty, and Jimmie.P.S. To the reviewer from Paris: As an editor at the Reader's Digest for many years, Mrs. Prouty would have been flattered by your description of her as "one of the most influential women in publishing".
