As Heinlein would say, "has as much entertainment as a 6-pack"

Robert Heinlein, the science fiction writer, used to say that his books were competing with a 6-pack for his readers' entertainment budgets, so he had to offer at least that much value. I would say that this book achieves that standard. interesting characters, in a slice-of-life sort of way. Gives a real feel for the Outer Banks. Worth a look.
