In this book, Gary Dowdy and Mike Summers are hired by a real estate broker to discover who murdered one of her real estate agents. Lance Gary Dowdy and Michael Robert Summers had decided to start an investigation agency after the crash of the real estate market in 2008. Their initial interest was to chase down accident victims and help them file suit against the insurance companies who held policies with accident victims.
