Nice mathematical treatment.

I haven't had much formal training in multivariate (MV) stats., but I found this book possible to follow. Which is more an indication of the clarity with which it was written than the level it covers. Its a very nice, comprehensive mathematical treatment of the theory behind MV stats. Not many examples though.
