This book constitutes such a sober contribution to the evolution of Congolese nationality law, and at the same time is of significant importance, because it intervenes in a field that has not yet been scientifically explored in the DRC.Its main aim is to challenge the consciences of Congolese on the need to adapt Congolese nationality law to the realities of the day, in order to exfiltrate it from the decalcomania in which it finds itself today. Congolese nationality has been the subject of much debate. The most recent is the one raised by Mr. Noel TSHIANI, who proposed the locking of access to certain high positions, to be reserved only for Congolese fathers and mothers.
