Learning is an important aspect of living beings in the world. Each and every living being communicates with one another using different medium like signs, language, symbols and so on. Communication media are used to share the idea, knowledge and thoughts with other. Languages, by and large, play a significant role in communication where people around world use more than 7000 languages. In the recent years, people are very much interested in accessing information in their own language. Most of the devices like laptops, smart phones etc. are developed to support various languages. As of now, existing web pages are developed to support monolingual information (e.g., English, French, Chinese, etc.) among the monolingual languages available on the net English language seems to have higher percentage of web pages. Hence, this poses a problem for the non-English user to understand the information. Multilingual information is required to benefit different language users.
