Dan is dressed in black from head to toe. It is very dark outside, and there are no stars in the sky. Likewise, the club he chooses is a lively one not too far from the compound's gate, and the place is packed with party poopers. The lights are dim in such a way that it is difficult to see who is who. Dan steps inside and took-up residence in a corner over looking the dance floor. The crystal like turning globe in the midst of the lively commotion adds to the atmospheric frenzy that a dance hall should have. A young beauty caught his eye and she drifted over to his territory. Seated down, she introduces herself as an attractive one from Czechoslovakia. Instantly Dan cooked-up a plan. He is tired of buying drinks and not getting anything of substance in return. She draws close to him and as all of the others she requested a drink. No GI in their right mind actually thinks that these girls are truly drinking alcohol. This would be impossible, for surely they would be overwhelmed by such heavy doses of the named organic compound of the hydroxyl groups. There's more than one way to skin a cat and this was a cat that he was determined to skin. And the boldness of this plan was that he was going to achieve this scandalous act in a public place. Ok, game on. He honored her request with her hearts desire. Thus, they had a merry chat. It was now time for him to make his move and he did.
