Nice Reprint of 1871 Cookbook with 1973 Introduction

I purchased a very serviceable used copy without a dust jacket for $0.99. This edition is a good reprint of the 1871 cookbook with a modern (1973) introduction. Pages of my copy were yellowed suggesting that it was not printed on low acid paper. It isn't quite collectable in itself but the content is an interesting look at cookery in 1871. Recommended for those with an interest in historical cookbooks and food preparation.
