This is a whimsical tale about a sweet, elderly philanthropist named Mr. Temsik. At 99 years of age, he is still spry and mentally sharp as he walks his dog in the park and encounters strangers who are drawn to his quirky persona and his kind nature. The individuals who cross his path are forever changed by his wisdom and generosity. As the story unfolds, the reader learns that Temsik never married, nor did he have children despite his great affection for youngsters. He fell in love twice, but neither relationship was destined to endure. So, he picks himself up from his despair and opts to lead a life that will enrich others as he shares his wealth and good fortune with orphans, abandoned pets, and complete strangers.
