Sheilagh Foster grew up in the Rocky Mountain Trench, near McBride, B.C. Canada, where she currently resides. She is inspired by the people and picturesque mountain landscape near her home. By rewriting a favorite family song, Ms. Foster hopes that the tradition of singing to children is passed with love from generation to generation. She is working on her next book, a collection of stories about women in the Robson Valley.
