It was an early Christmas morning in Denver like almost any other Christmas-dark and cold. In one house, as two boys were excitedly exploring the contents of their stockings, they were startled by their mother's voice. She had noticed something very straange outside. The bright blinking lights weren't on her neighbor's tree, but in the middle of the road They soon discovered it was a moving van that had gotten stuck in the snow. Its unfortunate driver had slept in its cab all Christmas Eve. How that family welcomed the driver for breakfast until the tow truck finally arrived is a delightful story that reflects the true meaning of Christmas-that it is a time for giving. Moving Van Christmas is is a delightful read aloud/early reader. It is sure to become a a family favorite that belongs under every Christmas tree.
