This study aims to interpret projections in the form of scribbles, recorded by children aged 3 to 4, using a school environment. Its aim is to show that reading scribbles is possible as an instrument for analysing affections, and that motor inability in this age group does not prevent interpretation. It uses the meanings of Wartegg Biedma's traits. The psychoanalytic theory applied was based on Winnicott's theory. This research also looked for confluent points about the mechanisms of projection in other scientists cited. The data was collected in a public school in the city of Monte Carmelo, M.G. The qualitative research was documentary, bibliographical, with field observation, anamnesis with parents and interviews with teachers. This topic will contribute to research material for health and education professionals, as it deals with and understands children's emotional development in its conflicts.
