The Motivate Yourself Journal is not your average journal, it has been designed to allow you to focus on achieving your goals over the next 12 weeks including a daily planner and a notebook. We have designed a 3 stage process to support you in achieving your goals: Firstly, you will complete our self evaluation exercise to identify your goals. Then you will set your goals and focus objectives for the next 12 weeks. Secondly, you will focus on achieving your goals each day with the support of our 7 day planner which includes at least 4 pages per day and 2 pages for your weekly review. Lastly, you will complete reviews at the end of each week and achieve your goals.
