In modern history, only Art has ever been kind to women. Prehistory tells a different story. Millions of years ago, the female psyche fitted perfectly the natural context-humans thrived.Then, with a change in mental architecture, humans began to control nature. A mutation introduced recall into human consciousness - prompting ideas of future outcomes. With recall, 'Linear logic' appeared in the male personality. As novel weapons provided safe 'action at a distance' strategies, his hunting successes soared-the balance of Nature shifted. Men pursued novel goals to the bitter end. Little has changed; with 'the bit between their teeth', nothing will deter men from achieving a chosen goal. For thousands of years patriarchal societies ( men) sidelined women - wives, mothers, help-meets, secretaries ..... Now, is evolution still advancing, favouring the 'masculinisation' of women and the 'de-masculinisation' of men? We have urgent need of the original female archetype. Her 'sensory intuition' is better suited to understanding and resolving the man-made pressures on 'Mother Earth' - 'Linear logic' has brought Nature to her knees. We need female help.
