In the early 1950s, in the middle of the country, stands an old-fashioned 1700s style castle. A 13 year old girl named Melba lives in this castle with her two parents and their maid and butler. As strange things start to happen, Melba decides to investigate. Many questions go through her mind - like why does everything keep going missing? Is it just a coincidence their butler always seems to be hiding something? What's that strange thing she keeps seeing outside? Maybe she's onto something, or maybe she's just discovered another mystery!
