A movie about a Thor loser

Eric (Nat Wolf) seems to have picked up a few abilities. Out of control, he could be dangerous. Hathaway (Priyanka Bose), a snot American military type, decides to dispatch Eric before that happens. Christine (Iben Akerlie), a cutesy psychiatrist in the process of investigating Eric, turns into a love interest; all good movies need one. Oh, by the way, there is no sci-fi in this movie, depending on your definition of sci-fi. Now we watch as all the antagonists and protagonists jockey for position. We get to see lightning, fire, and much more. The only negative is that you may miss something while reading the subtitles. You will not be disappointed, but it leaves you with the feeling that this is a pilot of a series.
