Hasn't his successor, Muhammad VI, followed in his footsteps by building more prisons, detaining more dissidents, eliminating more politicians? Hasn't Muhammad VI mustered his oppressive machinery to enforce his "Open Doors" policy on sex tourism? Hasn't he sent many journalists to prison? hasn't he failed to lure the world into believing that his kingdom preaches tolerance, hospitality and genuine Islam? How come a ruling king whose grandparents owned zilch, becomes overnight the wealthiest man in Africa? How could a king establish himself abroad merely to enjoy his creature comforts when Moroccans pay him oodles of money to serve them?
